The catalog of the exhibition which presents, through rare and unique original materials, Leonardo da Vinci's passion for studies on the proportions of the human figure and on the modular division of the horse's body.

In fact, Leonardo da Vinci dedicated numerous chapters of his Treatise on Painting to the proportions of human limbs and to the "membership" of animals and their motion, also through descriptions of battles and fighting horses. The volume collects rare drawings, sketches and documents related to this production and brings back all the harmony intact.
